Trinkkets is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a registered trademark of Etsy, Inc.
DISCLAIMER: THIS PLATFORM IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY TRINKKETS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
By creating a Trinkkets account or using the service you confirm that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that eligibility requirements are not met, information is inaccurate, or our service is being misused.
Trinkkets is offered as a subscription service. Details of our plans and fees are shown on our Pricing page or at checkout.
The Site and service are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or insights shown in Trinkkets, nor about uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Any market analytics, sales estimates, or other insights supplied by Trinkkets are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Figures are derived from publicly available data and APIs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You rely on such information strictly at your own risk. All data is retrieved via the official Etsy API and shown in accordance with Etsy API Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to throttle, block, or terminate access for behaviour that violates these Terms, exceeds reasonable usage patterns, or risks breaching Etsy API rate limits or policies.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and software — is the property of Trinkkets unless otherwise stated and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your own internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content or software without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the service in the ordinary course of your business.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trinkkets and its owner from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of any data obtained through the Site or service; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including Etsy’s policies; or (iv) your use of the service in violation of applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise — shall not exceed £100 GBP or the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or service, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, are using the service in a manner that could cause legal liability, harm our reputation, or disrupt other users, or are attempting to circumvent our security measures or free-trial policy.
On termination or expiry of your subscription, your right to access the service will end, but certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including those relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnity.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Site and service is described in our Privacy Policy. Among other things, we store account information, hashed passwords, usage logs, and certain identifiers to prevent fraud and enforce our free-trial policy. We do not store Etsy buyer-level personal data and we do not sell your personal data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You and we irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales to settle any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, product, or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email or via the app. Your continued use of the Site or service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
